Payment methods

Prepayment
With advance payment, you will receive our payment details for a direct transfer to us after your order has been received. The details will be displayed directly on your screen and also sent to you via email. Once you transfer the amount and we receive it (usually within 2-3 business days), we will ship the goods to you.

credit card
When paying by credit card, your card and bank must already have two-factor authentication enabled. We only accept VISA and MasterCard credit cards issued by your bank within the European Union.

Klarna instant bank transfer
With Klarna SOFORT, you will be redirected directly to the payment service provider Klarna's website via a secure connection (SSL). To use this payment method, you will need your online banking login details, your bank sort code, and a valid TAN. The money will be debited from your bank account easily and under the highest security standards.

Klarna invoice
With us, you can pay by Klarna invoice for orders over €10. This means that after the goods are shipped, you will receive an invoice from Klarna via email. Please do not transfer the money directly to us; instead, wait until you receive the invoice from Klarna. Klarna is a payment service provider that handles invoicing for us. 

Cash on delivery
When ordering cash on delivery, you pay the amount directly to the postman. Cash on delivery is only available within Germany and only for orders with a value of €10.00 - €500.00. In addition to the shipping costs, a DHL service fee of €6.90 applies for this payment method. This fee is due upon order confirmation.

Apple Pay
When paying with Apple Pay, the money will be debited from the credit card linked to your Apple Pay account. Please ensure that your device and browser support this payment method.

SEPA direct debit
With the SEPA direct debit payment method, you enter your bank details (IBAN) into the system and authorize us to collect the purchase amount. Processing is handled by Abilitapay. The direct debit mandate can be issued for one-time or recurring payments. You can revoke the direct debit authorization at any time.

PayPal
Pay easily, quickly, and securely and benefit from PayPal Buyer Protection. You will be automatically redirected to PayPal to complete the payment. Thanks to the convenient real-time transfer, your order will be processed immediately.

Shipping conditions

Your package will be shipped the same day as long as your order is received before 12:00 PM between Monday and Friday. Any orders received after 12:00 PM will be shipped the next business day.

We ship with the DHL Go Green service, which ensures CO2-free transport through investments in global climate protection projects, thus contributing to environmental protection.
